An Overview of what to expect within the Body Blueprint Programme, and what is included:
- 90 minute in person exploration session and consultation
- Bespoke Blueprint plan creation - Outlining specific Transformation plans and results we will achieve
- 2 x 60 minute Personal Training Sessions per week - 24 sessions total. (Private Studio located in SK7)
- Detailed month to month training and activity plans to complete, edited each month based on progress
- Detailed and personalised nutritional plan and guidance to support goals.
- Daily communication across all aspects of the plan, a high level of accountability.
- Supporting educational materials
- App access to record personal transformation progress and journey.
